Parish Day on Élise 2016
The parish and the friends met again in friendship with Élise.
The highlights were not lacking on this sunny day. First, a story from the postulator on the state and progress of the cause. Everyone understands that a cause for beatification is a real investigation that will take its time. At the same time confidence is present because the story of the discovery itself gives a lot of hope. If we have reached this point today, there is no reason why we cannot continue with Élise.
There was also the moving testimony of two of Élise's witnesses. The assembly listened to them very carefully, and was able to ask a few questions.
After having prayed for Élise around her tomb we all gathered, as tradition now wants, around a fraternal meal.
