A long work of editing and layout begins in order to make Élise known to the public of today.

Surprised to have seen so much benevolence **still alive** towards Élise, and the astonishment to have received (Élise had been dead for 45 years!) a certain number of texts and photographs, we interpreted these signs as an invitation to revive Elise for new generations.

The idea quickly came to make, on the one hand, **an edition of the collection** of the *Poems and songs*, and, on the other hand, to edit **a short film** to show parishioners and friends the beautiful testimony of life that was Elise. All in order to make Élise known where she had lived. To encourage us to do this work, there was also the consideration that **soon there would be 50** years since Elise's death, a date to be commemorated.
